Restore Purchase

If you previously purchased a Speak Focus Pro subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon and your account is not currently displaying Pro access, you can request a manual restoration through our support team.

Locating Your Identity ID

Your unique Identity ID can be found in the Settings section of your Speak Focus account:

Restoration Request Process

Please send an email to info@speakfocus.net with the subject line:

[Restore Purchase] – Speak Focus Account

Please include the following essential information in your email:

  • Your Identity ID associated with the Speak Focus account you wish to restore
  • Payment account information:
    • • Apple ID email or transaction receipt
    • • OR Google Play account email
    • • OR Amazon account ID
  • Purchase date (month/year)
  • Subscription type: Monthly / Annual / Lifetime
  • Reason for restoration request (e.g., device change, technical issue, account access problem)

Important Information

  • Accounts that have been permanently deleted cannot be restored.
  • Users are limited to one active Pro account at any given time.
  • Restoration requests will be denied if payment records do not match the provided information.
  • Abuse of the restoration system may result in permanent account termination.
